1. Scope and provider
These terms govern use of the Veredo AI workspace available at veredo.net. Complete operator details must be added to the imprint before commercial launch. By registering, you accept the version published at that time.
2. Features
Veredo provides chat, model comparison, coding tools and related AI features. Scope, available models and technical limits may evolve.
3. AI output
AI output is generated automatically. It can be wrong, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable and does not replace legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Verify important results before relying on them.
4. Account and minimum age
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and take responsibility for activity under your account. You must meet the minimum age required in your country; minors may need permission from a parent or guardian.
5. Acceptable use
Prohibited uses include unlawful purposes, infringement of third-party rights, circumvention of security, usage or billing limits, automated bulk requests outside provided interfaces, and abusive load on the infrastructure.
6. Your content
You remain responsible for prompts, uploads and project data. You grant Veredo the rights technically required to store and process this content and transfer it to providers needed for the selected function. See the privacy notice for details.
7. Availability and changes
Veredo aims for reliable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security measures, provider changes and feature updates may be necessary.
8. Credits and payments
Registered users may receive included starter credits. Paid purchases, subscriptions and top-ups are currently disabled. Before activation, prices, validity, refunds, consumer information and any applicable withdrawal right will be published in binding form.
9. Suspension and deletion
Accounts may be temporarily suspended or terminated for security risks or serious violations. You can initiate account deletion in settings. Mandatory legal retention obligations remain unaffected.
10. Liability
Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. Veredo does not warrant decisions based solely on unverified AI output. Final liability wording will be legally reviewed before commercial launch.
11. Changes to these terms
Material changes will be announced appropriately. Changes apply only for the future and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
12. Applicable law
Mandatory protections of the country in which a consumer habitually resides remain unaffected. No exclusive venue is imposed on consumers.
